Delivery of Goods
We attempt to send out goods the same working day, unless there are any issues with your order. The goods are then delivered to you by the Post Office, and unfortunately we are then in their hands. Most UK deliveries are within a few days depending on what delivery options are selected.

Please always select appropriate delivery as the Post Office compensation varies accordingly if lost or damaged in the post.

When to claim
We (Post Office) allow 20 working days for items to arrive at European destinations and 25 working days for the rest of the world, so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 or 25 working days have passed since the item was posted. All claims must be submitted by the sender (GoodVitality) within six months of posting the item.
In view of the above please inform us after these periods if your goods have not arrived.
