SALES POLICY
Before you open your packaging make sure you have the correct device and you are purchasing it for the right reason and not in a quick moment of desperation.
Remember when using any of these products you are choosing to do so yourself; in essence you are self prescribing and must take responsibility for that. This is why it is important you make an informed choice before opening your packaging (Breaking the Seal). Once you have used your purchased device, it is yours and cannot be returned. Because we are a very small company we can not offer an unconditional refund policy, but you can see your purchased product in the comfort of your own home and if in doubt return to us unused in its original packing without the seal being broken for a refund. We will deduct the cost of P&P from your refund We hope you understand the need for this policy.

When to claim

We (Post Office) allow 20 working days for items to arrive at European destinations and 25 working days for the rest of the world, so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 or 25 working days have passed since the item was posted. All claims must be submitted by the sender (GoodVitality) within six months of posting the item.

In view of the above please inform us after these periods if your goods have not arrived.
